Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with MoonVeda, a brand owned and operated by FROZENMINT TECH PRIVATE LIMITED.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.

  • Processing time is separate from delivery time.

We reserve the right to delay processing in cases of:

  • Payment verification

  • High order volume

  • Stock verification

  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, etc.)

2. Shipping Coverage

Currently, we ship across India.

For international shipping inquiries, customers must contact us before placing an order.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch

Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier partners

  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

  • Weather conditions

  • Government regulations

  • Events beyond our reasonable control

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

5. Tracking Information

Once dispatched, tracking details will be sent via email or SMS.

Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress using the tracking link provided.

6. Incorrect Address / Delivery Failure

Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery information.

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer unavailable

  • Refusal to accept delivery

Re-shipping charges must be paid by the customer before re-dispatch.

We are not responsible for loss due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

7. Risk and Title Transfer

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the order is handed over to the courier partner.

Any claims for lost shipments must be reported within 5 days of the expected delivery date.

8. Damaged Parcel

If the outer packaging appears tampered or damaged at delivery:

  • Do not accept the parcel, OR

  • Record a clear unboxing video

Damage claims without proper evidence may be rejected.

9. COD Orders (If Applicable)

  • COD orders may require telephonic confirmation before dispatch.

  • Repeated refusal of COD deliveries may result in future COD restrictions.

We reserve the right to cancel suspicious or unverifiable COD orders.
