Refund policy
This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from MoonVeda, owned and operated by FROZENMINT TECH PRIVATE LIMITED.
1. Strict 14-Day Return Window
Customers may request a return within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery.
Any return request raised after 14 days will be automatically rejected without exception.
2. Mandatory Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for a return, the product must:

Be unopened and factory-sealed (mandatory for wellness, Ayurvedic, ingestible, or personal care products)

Be in original, undamaged packaging

Include invoice and all original labels

Show no signs of tampering
If the seal is broken, packaging damaged, or product used, the return will be strictly rejected due to hygiene and safety standards.
Return approval is subject to physical inspection. The Company reserves sole discretion in determining eligibility.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

The customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

Unboxing video and photographic evidence is mandatory
Claims raised after 48 hours may be rejected.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable:

Opened or unsealed herbal, Ayurvedic, ingestible, or wellness products

No exceptions will be made for hygiene-sensitive categories.
6. Exchanges
Direct exchanges are not available.
Customers must return the eligible item (if approved) and place a new order separately.
7. Refund Processing
After receiving and inspecting the returned product:

Once dispatched, cancellation is not permitted.

This policy shall be governed by the laws of India.
